An opportunity currently exists for person with a background in the electrical industry or for a graduate electrical or mechanical engineer to join our team at Newcastle where you will be provided with ongoing product training and career development opportunities.
In your new role you will be reporting to the NSW State Manager and be responsible for providing an outstanding level of service to both internal and external customers of the Branch. This will include answering telephone calls, providing technical advice and completing sales transactions to be despatched via the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming telephone calls to the branch and either handle customer needs or refer to more appropriate person.
- Ensure the customer and appropriate sales consultant remains informed in terms of product delivery date.
- Use product knowledge to answer customer queries or to respond to customer needs.
- Manage the operations in the warehouse.
