ST Spring Terminal spring-cage connection
With the ST series spring-cage connection system, the conductors to be connected make reliable contact with the power rail by means of the spring-cage principle. Particularly where space is very limited, the extremely compact design offers a high degree of convenience for wiring. The ST spring-cage terminal blocks are available for nominal conductor cross sections of 1.5 to 35 mm². In addition, numerous multiple level spring-cage terminal blocks, fuse and disconnect terminal blocks, and a comprehensive range of accessories can be supplied.
The space-saving design and the fact that the conductor is led in from above makes the ST spring-cage terminal blocks ideal for control systems in which there is little space available.
Due to their maximum connection space, ST spring-cage terminal blocks enable fast wiring of stranded and solid conductors and this applies of course also to conductors with the nominal cross section and preassembled ferrule.
The clear and large-scale marking in the terminal center is vital for reliable and time-saving installation. In addition to this, each terminal point can be labeled separately.
