Order procedure
The following documentation covers all rules that are essential for optimum communication between the customer and sales when placing orders for different types of article from Phoenix Contact.
These rules are mandatory for all electronic orders (via e-mail, EDI, etc.) and a guideline for all others.
Important note:
Please avoid entering spaces when using Phoenix Contact order numbers, order keys or EAN numbers.
Standard items
Standard articles are those that can be clearly identified by their Phoenix Contact order number, the EAN number or the customer order number.
Marking material
Split articles are items from the "Marking material" group (Clipline catalog) that can be printed in various ways and therefore differ from standard items.
Version items
Version items include all articles that can only be identified by entering special features.
